This post was originally entitled “The art of the Chelsea Hotel.” However, the disgruntled folks who run the hotel wouldn’t give me permission to publish any of the photos I took of the artwork (even though I offered to give full credit to the hotel and to the individual artists featured). So I’m changing direction a bit; I will now have to tell you about my experience staying there for ten days as a hotel guest. You see, the original post was an attempt to focus on the positive aspects of the hotel. More »
